The New IFB has some strange cognitive dissonance going on right now. As of this post, The New IFB website, run by Faithful Word Baptist Church, has Tyler Doka and Great Harvest Baptist Church listed in their directory.
Presumably, this means that the head honchos of the New IFB believe that Doka is one of them. Doka preaches some sermons and is featured in several videos alongside other New IFB preachers on the New IFB youtube channel. But at the same time as this, Doka is also called out by name on the New IFB youtube channel where this video begins with Anderson calling Doka an “idiot”, and even more confrontation is on Steven Anderson’s other YouTube pages.
Doka revealed himself as a flat earther in the morning service at Great Harvest. Since then, he also has preached a second part, and begun a YouTube series called flat earth moments. In the Flat Earth moments video (published 6 hours ago) Tyler distances himself from the new IFB saying “Unlike the New IFB I’m gonna use a lot of scripture to prove why…”
Anderson preached a message on “the flat earth debunked” this past Sunday night, which included Anderson saying that he would not fellowship with flat earth pastors . (A clip on this specific part of the message is on the sanderson1611 youtube channel here), He called out Doka directly for going flat earth, so we should expect to see Doka’s name get wiped from the New IFB channels and website as if he never even existed very soon.
