2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
The New IFB has some calvinistic doctrine in that God is actually not willing for each person to be saved, nor that they would come to repentance, because such is claimed to be impossible. Instead, the New IFB says that God just wants these people to go to hell. Jesse Michael puts it plainly in this short clip:
