Gianmarco Gemmitti was a Steven Anderson supporter who now has rejected the New IFB as a cult. He runs the video channel called Found_The_Light, which reported on, and has now been renamed to “Rightly Dividing Ministries.” Gianmarco had several Anderson videos on his channel, but now has realized the vast unbiblical teachings of the New IFB movement. Some reasons given were the unbiblical spirit and attitude of the movement, mistreatment within the movement, the fact that Dispensationalism is true and Andersonites reject it, and because they preach that Jesus went to hell and suffered as part of the pavement for sin (Which he calls damnable heresy)
Gianmarco has also rejected the so-called “reprobate Doctrine”, which the New IFB twists into meaning that homosexuals are unable to get saved – a doctrine he once promoted.
Addionally, Gianmarco disagrees on cosmology (flat earth), holidays, and many other things.
Despite this, Gianmarco is still a flat earth believer. He has several such video on his channel, including Tyler Doka’s flat earth sermon. He removed a video he had posted that said he supported Great Harvest Baptist Church, due to the other strange teachings of Doka. (That church has now been rebranded as Pillar of Truth Christian Church)
On a recent video that pointed out Anderson’s unbiblical teaching, Gianmarco has responded, declaring his freedom from Andersonism and calling the New IFB a cult. Below is Gianmarco’s comment and his video:
